RMA Form:
Please download and use our RMA form to request for product return for warranty service. If you would like to return product for credit within 14 days, please return the unit and the packaging in mint condition.

Warranty Specification Form:
If you enquire about the warranty period of particular product, please download the warranty specification form. The warranty period will be changing from time to time determined by Manufacturer.
